Privacy Policy

The short version
You can use the editor without an account. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising networks on this site, and the text you type is used to produce your result — not to train a model of our own.
What we collect
- What you type into a tool — the topic or script you submit is sent to our AI provider to generate your result. It is not stored in a database by us.
- What you send us on purpose — the name, email, subject and message from the Help & Feedback form, so we can reply.
- Usage analytics — Google Analytics gives us aggregate page views and device types. It sets cookies in your browser.
- Server logs — standard request logs including IP address, kept short-term for abuse and rate limiting.
- Payment details — handled entirely by Razorpay. Card numbers never reach our servers.
We do not ask for your date of birth, address, phone number or any government ID.
Who else processes it
- Groq — runs the language model that writes scripts, titles, descriptions, hashtags and ideas.
- Supabase — stores feedback-form messages.
- Razorpay — processes payments and holds the billing record.
- Google Analytics — aggregate usage measurement.
- Our hosting provider — serves the site and keeps request logs.
Your animations
Projects live in your browser. Exported MP4 files are rendered on demand, streamed to your download and not archived on our side.
Cookies
Analytics cookies from Google, and browser local storage we use to carry your prompt from the home page into the editor. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by us.
Children
ShortsCraft is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Your choices
Block analytics cookies in your browser and the site still works. To have a feedback message or billing record deleted, write to us from the same email address using Help & Feedback and we will remove it, except where we must keep a payment record for tax purposes.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it.
